DAS-Hutchinson sign Mieke Docx for 2026
DAS-Hutchinson are pleased to announce the signing of Belgian rider Mieke Docx for the 2026 season.
Mieke joins the team following four strong seasons with Lotto Ladies, where she established herself as a committed and reliable rider at the highest level. Most recently, she delivered an impressive performance at the Tour of Chongming Island (UCI 2.WWT), finishing 5th overall.
In October, Mieke publicly shared the uncertainty she faced after learning her contract would not be renewed. Her message resonated across the cycling community, highlighting a wider challenge faced by many riders in the women’s peloton. Throughout that moment, her determination to continue was clear.
“Mieke’s resilience and professionalism stood out immediately,” said Olly Moors, Sports Director of DAS-Hutchinson. “She is a rider who contributes far beyond results. She brings experience, consistency, and a strong competitive instinct. We are proud to support her in continuing her career, and we believe she will play an important role in our 2026 roster.”
Mieke shared her thoughts on joining DAS-Hutchinson:
“I’m grateful to join a team that truly has my back and believes in me. I’m convinced this fresh start will give me the energy I need to grow stronger. I really appreciate the team’s vision: there’s no such thing as just one or two leaders, every rider gets their own opportunities throughout the season. I’d love to help the team achieve its goals and take the step up to ProTeam level next year. With the Tour de France Femmes Avec Zwift starting in the UK in 2027, that would be an incredible milestone for the team.”
We believe Mieke will play a key role in both performance and team culture as we take our next steps in 2026.
